When we look back fondly upon the Fulton Market Neighborhood where we grew up, nothing brings a wider smile to our faces than remembering the delicious fragrances of smoked fish and meat wafting up into our window from the Publican’s award-winning kitchen. Naturally, we were thrilled when the gang from One-Off Hospitality approached us to create new sites for their family of award winning restaurants, including Blackbird, Avec, The Publican and The Violet Hour. There was a clear expectation for high design and smart use of cutting-edge technology.
