In 2001, the family-owned and operated My Favorite Toy Store first opened its doors in suburban Chicago, and quickly learned the key to success was developing customer relationships through extraordinary service. Nearly a decade later, with two thriving retail establishments and a growing legion of fans—some young, some old—the Geisen Family approached us. They were hoping to take that level of customer service and bring it to an online retail environment that sold nothing but the highest quality children’s toys.
